Presentation Guideline

Official language is English for all presentations.

Recording videos by anyone other than interfinish 2020 is strictly prohibited, including screen captures.

 

    1. Oral Presentation

・Presentation is made on ZOOM.

・Interfinish 2020 will record the videos of all oral presentations including Plenary Lectures.

・The video of oral presentations will be opened by end of September.

・The videos to be released are limited to those for which the presenter has given permission to publish.

・The recorded videos will NOT be opened to the public.

 

Presentation time

– Special lecture: 60 minutes

– Plenary Talk: 35 minutes (Presentation) +10 minutes (Q&A)

– Invited Speech: 20 minutes (Presentation) +10 minutes (Q&A)

– Oral: 15minitues (Presentation) +5minites (Q&A)

      2. Poster Presentation

    ・Presentation is made on  Zoom break-out session to each poster presentation.

    ・Poster presenters should submit the poster data in advance.

    ・Your poster size must fit  A2  420mm x 594mm within 5MB

    ・Please upload your poster in PDF format, through the URL which has been announced in acceptance mail.

    ・Please include your Presentation No. in your file name.

    ・Deadline of poster submission is Aug. 20th.

    ・The PDF of poster presentation will be opened by end of September.

    ・The PDF to be released are limited to those for which the presenter has given permission to publish.

     

    Copyright issues

    The INTERFINISH 2020 assumes that the presenting authors are holding the copyright to all information shown in their presentations. The INTERFINISH 2020 will allow the dissemination of the presentations to meeting participants, which will expire at the end of the meeting. It is for protecting the right of authors during the meeting and the detailed license agreement is on the webpage of INTERFINISH 2020.
